Everything You Need To Know About Our Online Tutoring
This information is in relation to our November Tutoring Block (1st Nov to 11th Dec)
This year we have made the decision to continue with our Online Tutoring, but we have increased the time to 4:30 to 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 to 2:30pm on Saturday.
Our plan is to run 4 tutoring blocks for 6 weeks over the 2021/22 academic year.
Registration for the November Tutoring block opens on Monday 27th September.
Completing a registration form does NOT guarantee your child/ren a place in the tutoring block.
We can support children and young people from years 3 to year 11. Please be aware that preference will be given to pupils in years 6, 10 and 11, who haven’t taken part in online tutoring.
Where needed, we may pair children and young people according to their school year.
In order to continue offering our tutoring, we are asking families to donate £18 for each child towards the cost of the 6-week tutoring session. Once your child/ren have a place, we will contact you with the payment details. If you are not able to afford £18, please let us know.

The deadline to register your children is 6 pm on Tuesday 12th October 2021. If you struggle with signing your children please contact us BEFORE the 12th of October.
We are also loaning out our laptops to families for the 6-weeks. The laptops loaned from us will need to be handed back at the end of the 6-weeks. Please watch this video to find out more: https://tinyurl.com/S4ALaptops

- 1st November to 11th December (Registration will open on 27th September 2021)
Parents Meet & Greet: Wednesday 27th October 5:30 to 6:30pm - 10th January to 19th February (Registration will open from 22nd November 2021)
Parents Meet & Greet: Wednesday 15th December 5:30 to 6:30pm - 28th March to 9th April (Registration will open from 24th January 2022)
Parents Meet & Greet: Wednesday 23rd February 5:30 to 6:30pm - 25th April to 4th June (Registration will open from 14th March 2022) – The last week of this block runs through the May Half Term
Parents Meet & Greet Wednesday: 20th April 5:30 to 6:30pm
